Extruded natural aluminum brackets are provided to accommodate the handle for closing and release during opening, with 90° tilting assisted by gas springs.

The motorization mounting system is made of natural extruded aluminum profiles and includes a linear rack-and-pinion electric actuator with 350 mm stroke, thrust and traction force of 450/600 N, 230V – 50 Hz, and automatic opening and closing limit adjustment. It can be connected in parallel, features IP55 protection, and is supplied with a power cable approximately 2.00 m long.
Actuators are connected in tandem or in battery configuration via a mechanical linkage bar made of natural extruded aluminum profiles.

ELECTRIC “OPEN PLUS” WITH GEAR MOTOR

The motorization mounting system is made of natural extruded aluminum profiles and includes a 230V boxed gear motor with manually adjustable stroke from 300 mm to 800 mm, adjustable electronic limit switch, servo control with manual operation in the event of power failure, limit switch with microswitch, IP55 protection, and power supply cable.
A 34 mm diameter steel bushing is fitted to the same gear motor; through the insertion of a 33 mm diameter round extruded aluminum shaft, multiple thrust points are actuated by means of rack systems housed in white zinc-plated steel U-channel guides (30×14 mm, L = 800 mm), suitable for a 33 mm shaft and complete with brass roller, support bracket, spring compensator, and pin.
